WHAT WE PROTECT explores our connection to nature, femininity, intuition, creativity and the spiritual. looking towards archaic representations of women, the collection asks what may have been lost as we became increasingly separated from these parts of ourselves.

the female form becomes a vessel, holding and protecting what is still becoming. these paintings are an attempt to look back, not to recreate the past, but to remember something from it.
