Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
For original artworks, additional handling time may be required to ensure safe and secure packaging.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the artwork.
Estimated delivery times:

Italy & EU: 3–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.
Packaging
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Original artworks are shipped using protective materials and reinforced packaging

Prints are shipped flat or in tubes, depending on size and format
I take great care in packaging, as preserving the integrity of the artwork is a priority.
Shipping Damage
Once your order arrives, please inspect it immediately.
If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos and/or videos of:

The damaged artwork

The packaging (outer and inner)

This is required in order to file a claim and resolve the issue.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
I am not responsible for delays caused by:

Postal services

Customs clearance

Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
If your package appears lost, please contact me and I will do my best to assist you.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the item price or shipping cost
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
