Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Each artwork is created and handled with great care. Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks, our return policy differs between original pieces and prints.

Original Artworks 

All original artworks are final sale.

I only accept returns or offer refunds in the case of:

  • Damage during shipping, or

  • An incorrect item received

To be eligible:

  • You must contact me within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photo and/or video proof of:

    • The damage

    • The packaging (outer and inner)

    • The artwork itself

     

Without sufficient proof, we may not be able to process your claim.

If your claim is approved, we will offer:

  • A refund, or

  • A replacement (if applicable)

 

Prints

I offer a 14-day return window for prints.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in perfect, unused condition

  • It must be undamaged

  • It must be returned in its original protective packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Notes (Applies to All Orders)

Handmade & Unique Nature

All artworks are handmade.

Minor imperfections, textures, or variations are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.

Color Accuracy

Colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings and lighting conditions.

These differences are not considered defects.

Return Process (For Eligible Items Only)

Important:

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

 

Non-Returnable Items

I do not accept returns for:

  • Original artworks (unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival)

  • Custom or commissioned pieces

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

I do not offer direct exchanges.

If eligible, you may return an item and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

However:

  • This does not override the conditions for original artworks

  • Returned items must still be in perfect condition and in original packaging

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), I will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

  • Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider

Additional Information

 

  • I am not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees on international orders

  • Orders that are refused or unclaimed may have return shipping costs deducted from the refund
